I’m from Prato, Tuscany. I graduated at the public Università degli Studi di Firenze, School of Architecture. Disused agricultural areas, ancient rural settlements and hilly landscapes in a state of neglect have been the object of the project of my thesis.
I’m interested in issues of sustainable reuse, both in suburban and urban sets and abandoned spaces, thorugh social practices of co-design and citizenship participation.
The regeneration of urban spaces has instead been the subject of some of my professional experiences for the Municipality of Prato, where I worked for some projects of tactical urban actions promoted by the municipality itself.
I came at Critical Concrete for an Erasmus EYE and I joined this organization to go deep about social practices of rebirth of urban places with sustainable approach to architectural design.
