SAPANA, literally translating into “Dream” in Nepali, is non-governmental organization for development founded in 2012 and in continuous development, more recently acting las a social enterprise. At its core is the belief that each person can be the best version of themselves from the moment they are aware of their skills and intentionally work to optimize them.

The team is built on people who believe that developing, stimulating, and impacting on communities in co-creation contexts and construction of knowledge open the path that best strengthens organizations and groups to overcome internal, market as well as communitarian challenges, in a way that can be both sustained and innovative. This way, SAPANA has developed a methodology that aims at empowering people, regardless of their context and in order to promote their inclusion in economic life, respective reference groups, and in society in general.
